Is there parking available?
Yes, Hartamas Shopping Centre has ample parking directly below the mall. Your guests can park and take the elevator straight up to us.
Do adults pay to enter the playground?
One adult comes in free with every paying child, so a parent or guardian is always covered. Any extra adults in the group are RM 10 each. For party packages, adult guests are counted at RM 10 each to cover setup.
Can I just bring a cake or decorations without booking a party package?
No, outside food, cakes and decorations are only permitted for guests who have booked a party package. If you'd like to celebrate without a full package, you're welcome to visit during regular hours and purchase from our café. This helps us maintain a great experience for all our party hosts and walk-in guests.
