To ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we ask that all guests follow the rules below: ​

 

Socks Required

Shoes are not allowed in the play area. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the play area for health and safety reasons. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.

 

No Food or Drink

Food and drinks are not allowed in the play area. Please enjoy them in designated café areas to help keep the play zones clean and safe.

 

Supervision

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times and must remain on-site during your visit. Play Kingdoms staff are not responsible for monitoring children’s behaviour or safety.

 

Hand Hygiene

All guests must wash or sanitise their hands before entering the play area to help maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.

 

Personal Belongings

Play Kingdoms is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep track of your personal belongings at all times.

 

Age-Appropriate Play

Children are encouraged to play in the designated areas that are appropriate for their age group. This helps ensure that all children have a safe and enjoyable experience.

 

Age Limit

Only children 11 years of age or younger are permitted to use the playground equipment and play structures. Older children are welcome to enjoy the café and other facilities with their families.

 

No Bullying

Play Kingdoms has a ZERO Tolerance policy for bullying or harassment. Any child or adult engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without a refund.

 

Safe Play

Children must not climb up slides, or on tables, chairs, or other furniture that is not intended for play. Please ensure your child uses the equipment as intended to avoid injury.

 

Respect Others

All visitors are expected to be respectful of others and share the play space. This ensures that Play Kingdoms remains a fun, positive environment for everyone. ​
